1 Year Limited Warranty

What is Covered:
Nashville Guitar Works offers the original purchaser a one year limited warranty on both labor and materials, starting from the day this product is purchased. We will repair or replace this product, at our option, if it fails due to faulty workmanship or materials during this period.
What is Not Covered:
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), or other acts of nature.

If at any time this product malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship, please contact your retailer
The product will be warrantied for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or the warranty extended to the purchaser from the authorized Nashville Guitar Works reseller.
In order to pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must possess an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized Nashville Guitar Works reseller and have registered your instrument @ www.nashvilleguitarworks.com/warranty
